Lahore Precast Factory, Pakistan
We designed a Precast Factory, a first in Pakistan. We are also working on preparation of foundation drawings of column and beam beds along with erection and production drawings with bar bending schedules, erection material lists and reports; and helping our client to achieve their vision of becoming the pioneers of Precast technology in the Pakistan region. To attain this vision, we are working beyond our scope of work as pre-defined in the endeavour to make Precast Structures more accessible in this region.
Extreme weather comfort housing, Canada
The project entails dwellings in the temperature range of 6 to -45 degree, with the goal of minimizing onsite construction time and lowering long term house maintenance. The intent of this project is to optimize thermal comfort in extreme weather with the use of less construction material reducing overall carbon emissions.
